Baiting Ben Carson

avatar

Our Founding Fathers considered a free press essential to the preservation of our new republic. But what would they have thought of a totally wacko press whose members, alienated from the American people and despising them, would much rather replace the republic than preserve it?

We see this in all its glory, in the nooze media’s hysterical campaign to discredit, defeat, and destroy Ben Carson. They won’t be happy until his scalp is dangling from a pole and they’re dancing around it under a full moon.

As of this writing, Dr. Carson’s latest crime is to have, in his home, a painting of himself with Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior’s hand laid protectingly on Dr. Carson’s shoulder. [Link]

It doesn’t seem amiss that a surgeon, who literally has his patients’ lives in his hands, should have that kind of faith. But from the media’s outcry over this, you would have thought the famous brain surgeon, now seeking the Republican presidential nomination, had gotten himself up as a crazed killer in “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.” That’s only because the noozies can’t tell the difference between a Christian and a killer in “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.”

The noozies have a progressive vision for America—“progressive” as in “toward a fundamental transformation of the country into a huge theme park for lazy and immoral bastards.” They are into free stuff for illegal border-jumpers, forcing you to “celebrate” same-sex “marriage” and the proliferation of all sorts of made-up “genders,” an eternal cycle of racial grievances, the national economy rolled back and turned inside-out to combat imaginary Global Warming, and a general abolition of the Bill of Rights, reserving to the people only those invented rights to abortion and sodomy, and the absolute right of every liberal never to see, hear, or read anything that might possibly, conceivably, offend him or hurt his feelings.

Dr. Carson is not on board this bandwagon. That’s why our free press hates him.

So they pour abuse on him.[Link] A typical example, from Salon.com: “Ben Carson may not be able to discern when he is lying anymore… It’s weird… Or maybe it isn’t for a man of science, who asserts pyramids were built for grain storage and evolution is wrong.”

It kind of goes without saying that you don’t become a world-class neurosurgeon if you’re too dumb to have a grasp of science. If he were running for Egyptologist-in-chief, his opinion on the purpose of the pyramids would have some relevance. But it has not been demonstrated that it matters what an American president thinks the pyramids were built for.

Except to noozies, of course—who, as progressives, are furiously intolerant of even the slightest deviation from their stated vision of reality.

Thou shalt not disbelieve in Evolution, Global Warming, Open Borders, Gay Marriage, or Transgender. Because Dr. Carson, along with tens of millions of his fellow Americans, questions these sacred pillars of progressivism, he is a heretic. It is not enough to defeat him in a presidential primary. He must be made into an object of universal loathing.

They don’t inform us anymore. They only seek to bully us. They flagrantly overlook or ignore the iffy backgrounds, the possible criminality, and the multitudinous lies of their favored progressive candidates. They are the kingmakers. They tell us only what they think we need to know, and it doesn’t have to be true. These are the hypocrites who didn’t even blink when the current occupier of the White House declared that he would make the sea stop rising.

We’ll see if they’re able to polish off Ben Carson.

But if Christ’s hand is really on his shoulder, it won’t be Dr. Carson who gets polished off.
