John Kasich

Give Me Liberty

(1 min Audio Report – Faith2Action)

While Governor Mike Huckabee and Senator Ted Cruz stand firm with Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis’s religious liberty, Ohio Governor John Kasich does not.

Governor Kasich thinks Kim Davis should have complied with the court order to hand out homosexual so-called marriage licenses. Kasich thinks standing on Biblical principles might turn people off to Christianity.

He said, “In this case, when young people…when they see dust-ups like this, my concern is they would go the other way and say, ‘Look, I don’t want anything to do with that.’”

Did you get that? Obeying God might turn people off. So we shouldn’t do it.

If Patrick Henry was running for President, I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t say, “Give me liberty, unless, of course, that offends you.”
