Judge Denies Pharmacist’s Religious Objections to Murder
(1 min Audio Report – Freedom’s Call)
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is demanding a Christian Pharmacy provide abortifacients to customers in spite of the pharmacist’s beliefs that the chemicals will kill unborn children. The Court claimed that participating in the baby’s murder was not so rooted in the traditions and conscience of our people as to be ranked as fundamental.
The Court also refused the exemption because a woman seeking Plan B might change her mind and not take the medication if referred from a Christian pharmacist.
This exposes how the ruling goes beyond violating the religious freedom of the pharmacist and silences the right to free speech to stand up for what they believe and protect the lives of those around him.
